what you need to know
bookings & cancellation policy
All class bookings and cancellations are managed via your Bsport account — either through the login button on our class schedule or directly in the Bsport App (we highly recommend using the app for the smoothest experience).
If you know you can’t make it, please cancel your class as early as possible so someone else has the chance to join.
Our free cancellation window is up to 24 hours before class. Missed the 24-hour window? Please still cancel your spot. If someone else books it and the class ends up fully booked, your credit will be returned.
pregnancy & postnatal
With your doctor’s clearance, you’re welcome to join our regular group classes up to week 12 of pregnancy. From the second trimester (week 12 onwards), we invite you to join our Pregnancy Flow, specifically designed to support you safely and mindfully throughout pregnancy. Classes that are not specifically designated as a prenatal or postnatal class are not tailored to the specific needs of pregnancy or postpartum recovery and a participation is at one's own risk.
For after birth, we offer our Mama Strength Flow, suitable from 8 weeks postpartum onwards, focusing on rebuilding strength, stability and confidence in your body.
We also offer private sessions as well as dedicated pre- & postnatal course blocks. Please reach out to us for information about upcoming schedules and always inform your teacher about your pregnancy or postpartum status before class.
arrival & check-in
First Timers Welcome! Please check yourself in at the front desk and let our teachers know it’s your first time — we’ll take care of you and explain everything you need to know. To ensure the best possible experience, please arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
For your first time on the reformer, we recommend booking our Beginner Flow.
General Arrival
Our doors open 10 minutes before class. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to check in, change and settle in calmly. If you have any injuries, complaints or questions, feel free to speak with your teacher before class.
Parking: There are no parking spaces directly at the studio, but street parking is usually available nearby.
Public transport: We’re located close to Mustersschule (200 m). Grüneburgweg and Eschenheimer Tor are about a 10-minute walk away.
For safety and fairness our doors close once class has started and we’re unable to accept latecomers — please plan accordingly.
the studio
For safety and stability, grippy socks are mandatory for all Reformer classes. You’re welcome to bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio.
We are a shoe-free studio. Lockers and a wardrobe are available for your belongings. We recommend arriving in workout clothes, but changing space is available in our bathroom if needed.
After class, please wipe down your Reformer and any props used. Treat the space with care — as you would your own home.
Ayur Pilates is a welcoming space for all levels, ages and genders. We’re happy to have you here.
Private Single or Group Classes
You can also book private classes or exclusive group classes for up to 6 people.
