We want you to feel comfortable, supported and fully at ease during your time with us — so please take a moment to read through our studio rules before your visit.
Our doors open 10 minutes before class. We kindly ask you to arrive at least 5 minutes early so you have enough time to check in, change and settle into the space. Please check yourself in at the front desk and let our teachers know if it’s your first time — we’re happy to guide you.
For safety and stability on the Reformer grippy socks are mandatory for all classes. Feel free to bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio.
Our free cancellation policy applies up to 24 hours before class. If you’re outside the 24-hour window, please still cancel your spot — if the class is fully booked, your credit will be returned.

This 50-minute Dynamic Reformer Flow is designed to build heat, strength and clarity through continuous, intelligently sequenced movement. Expect a challenging full-body workout that sculpts and strengthens all major muscle groups — with a strong focus on the core — while enhancing flexibility, coordination, and overall fitness. The dynamic pace invites focus and presence, allowing energy to flow without losing control or precision.
This class is best suited for experienced practitioners who feel confident on the Reformer and are ready to deepen their strength, endurance and movement quality. Not suitable for beginners.

Feel Good Flow is a balanced blend of gentle dynamics and restorative deep stretches, thoughtfully designed to support the entire body. This class builds a strong, stable foundation while lengthening muscles, releasing tension and restoring ease of movement. With a focus on posture, mobility and nervous system regulation, the practice leaves you feeling both energized and grounded.

This class blends the grace of barre with the power of Pilates, delivering a focused burn while maintaining clarity and control in every movement.
Barre Reformer Flow is best suited for experienced practitioners who feel confident on the Reformer. Not suitable for beginners.
pregnancy flow (prenatal)

A gentle yet empowering Reformer Pilates class designed specifically for expectant mums. This flow focuses on improving posture, stability, and mobility while supporting your changing body throughout pregnancy. You’ll move mindfully through a series of low-impact exercises that strengthen deep core and pelvic floor muscles, enhance circulation, and release tension in all the right places.
Our instructors provide personalized modifications for every trimester to ensure comfort and safety at every stage. Perfect for maintaining strength, balance, and a sense of calm as you prepare for birth.
Suitable for: All trimesters (with medical clearance)
mama strength flow (postnatal)

This class is made just for you, mama — a gentle and supportive way to return to movement from 8 weeks postpartum (with your midwife or doctor’s OK).
You’ll be guided by our certified instructor Lena & Maiko trained in both Pre- & Postnatal Reformer Pilates — so you’re in safe, caring hands. Your baby is, of course, warmly welcome. We’ll take loving care of your baby during the class so you can fully focus on yourself. Please bring a baby nest or rocker. Once your baby becomes mobile (crawling, pulling up, etc.), we unfortunately cannot offer supervision anymore.
We will focus on rebuilding your core, improving posture, easing tension and helping you feel strong and energised again. A particular emphasis is placed on diastasis recti support and safe, effective core reconnection.
